The EFLL Challenge is a 28-day program designed to jumpstart healthy habits in the 4 pillars Meg and Shawn have found crucial for optimal health - eat, feel, live, and love - through their own personal health experiences and in working with clients one-on-one in their holistic nutrition practices. Through this work, they repeatedly found that many people were not getting the results they were looking for because they were only focused on 1 or 2 of these pillars and completely ignoring other really important factors! Meg and Shawn are now on a mission to help as many people as they can find their true health and happiness by introducing the 4 pillars and guiding them while they incorporate new healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
