The EFLL Challenge is a 28-day program designed to jumpstart healthy habits in the 4 pillars we have found crucial for optimal health:

Eating the right foods that nourish your body, taking the steps necessary to squelch inflammation-induced symptoms and give your body the nutrients it needs to thrive.

Spending the necessary time healing yourself inside and out, so you feel like your best self, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Living in a way that promotes respect for yourself and others, a good attitude always, and the mental capacity to handle whatever life throws your way.

Loving you for YOU and those around you for the fulfillment they bring to your life.
